Handmade Nature & Individual Assessment

Every mascot is individually handmade by Nadine, and each order is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The final cost may vary depending on your mascot’s complexity, chosen materials, requested upgrades, and any special features. We reserve the right to update or revise estimates as needed to reflect these factors.

Timelines & Deadlines

The timeline estimate you receive is an approximation, not a guarantee. While you may request a specific deadline during the ordering process, we cannot guarantee that all deadlines can be met. Our handmade process is subject to variations based on design complexity, material availability, and the current order queue.

As a single-person workshop, unforeseen circumstances such as illness, personal emergencies, or supply chain delays may occasionally result in extended wait times or the need to postpone orders. If such a situation arises, you will be informed as soon as possible and we will work with you to agree a realistic new timeline.

Changes & Upgrades

You are welcome to discuss and revise any details of your mascot before final confirmation. Please note that changes or upgrades to your order after the initial estimate may affect both the price and the expected delivery date.

Materials & Customisation

We make every effort to match your requested colours and design preferences as closely as possible. However, due to the nature of handcrafting and material availability, slight variations may occur.

Gifts & Delivery

All mascots are shipped to the person placing the order. If your mascot is a gift, the accompanying letter can be addressed to your chosen recipient, and you will have the opportunity to include a personal message.

Agreement
